How to Schedule Appointments:

 

You can schedule appointments by filling out the intake form here.

  PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL PHONE CALLS/THERAPY INQUIRIES/ INITIAL CONSULTS WILL BE CONDUCTED DURING BUSINESS HOURS- MON-FRI 10AM-5PM

Late/Cancellation policy

Clients more than 15 minutes late to both in-person and teletherapy sessions will be asked to reschedule their session and will be charged a $120 late fee 

Appointments must be cancelled within 24 hours of scheduled time, failure to cancel 24 hours before

appointment will result in a late fee of $120.

Three or more consecutive cancellations may result in termination of services

Accepted Health Insurances:

CareFirst Blue Cross Blue Shield, Amerihealth insurances are accepted.  Out of Network and Self pay options available.

 

Hours:

Services are by appointment only.

No weekend availability.

Sessions Duration:

Individual sessions may range between 45 minutes – one hour long

Phone conversations over 15 minutes will be billed per 15 minute interval.

We understand finding childcare for your therapy sessions can be difficult.  Babies are welcome to

session. Children over 1 year old are not allowed to sessions.

All therapy sessions are confidential. Please review your informed consent with your therapist to better

understand HIPAA -The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act and DC Code for DC Mental

Health Consumers’ Rights and Protection.
